The International Scholarly Research Network is a publisher of a series of fast-track, peer-reviewed, open access journals covering a wide range of academic disciplines.

The editorial model of the ISRN journals aims to provide an average review time of 4 weeks or less, while at the same time ensure that only manuscripts that are both rigorous and provide a useful contribution to their field of research are accepted for publication. Every ISRN journal is collaboratively run by a relatively large, international Editorial Board of experts in the subject area of the journal. The editorial workflow that every journal uses is publicized online at the journal web site.

The journals are published using an open access publication model, meaning that the full text of all published articles is made freely available to readers on the ISRN web site, with no subscription or registration barriers. All articles are published using a Creative Commons Attribution License, which permits the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of an article in any medium, provided that the original work is properly cited.

All articles that are published with ISRN will be archived in Portico, which provides permanent archiving for electronic scholarly journals, as well as via the LOCKSS initiative.

ISRN is a division of Hindawi Publishing Corporation, a pioneering open access scholarly publisher with over 300 academic journals.
